Provisional bookings may be made by email and must be followed by receipt of a booking form and deposit within 7 days in order to secure the booking.

How do we pay?

For a booking made more than 6 weeks before your holiday commences we require a non-refundable deposit of £100. Upon payment of the deposit and subject to acceptance, the applicant becomes liable for the balance of the rent 6 weeks prior to the period of letting. Bookings made within 6 weeks of your holiday date must be paid in full and in advance of occupation of the property.

Payment can be made by cheque or internet bank transfer.

Are there any rental restrictions?

Bookings for persons or groups under 21 years of age cannot be accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

If notified of the need to cancel, we (the Owners) will attempt to obtain a replacement letting, and if such a letting is obtained then we will refund any monies paid less an administration fee (£20). If the Owners are unable to re-let and you cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before it is due to start, then your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the holiday, then the full balance remains due and is not refundable. We advise guests to arrange cancellation insurance with the insurer of your choice to cover such an eventuality.
